ABC Solutions customers will continue to be serviced under their brand. We are excited that this acquisition will allow us to better service new and old customers alike, combining services like shared web hosting to continue to be stellar web hosts in our industry.

Sozo Technologies LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the shared and virtual private server web hosting customers of NetFriends, based out of Durham, NC, effective on November 19th, 2019. NetFriends offers managed IT services, managed detection & response, IT staffed and managed infrastructure services. Sozo Technologies will continue to service the hosting customers of NetFriends under the brand name, HostGo.com.
