Are you interested in knowing how much your business could be worth?

Having acquired many web hosting companies, we’ve got our friendly, safe and simple acquisition process down to a science. You can rest assured in our experience and come to expect fair and open conversations about the process and valuation.

The acquisition process, in brief

Reach out to us...

so we can start a conversation! We’ll provide a non-disclosure agreement for you to sign that protects you and your clients as we discuss specific details about your business.

A letter of intent...

will be drawn up to explain the deal and allows us to negotiate with you exclusively. This leads to due diligence, where more formal business documents are analyzed.

After discussing...

the state of your company, we can provide an estimate, at no cost or obligation, of what your business may be worth, taking into account fair and current market rates of your hard-earned work.

If a deal is agreed upon...

a purchase agreement will be created that spells out the necessary legal details about migration, payment schedule and everything else about taking on your business.
