Sozo Technologies LLC is excited to announce the acquisition of SkyToaster (est. 2010) shared, dedicated and virtual private server web hosting customers as of October 31st, 2017. Sozo Technologies will continue to serve the customers of SkyToaster under their original name going forward. Sozo Technologies has been providing cloud based shared hosting, domain names, managed WordPress hosting, Email Hosting, Virtual Private and Dedicated servers since 2012.

SellYourWebHost.com, via Sozo Technologies LLC, is pleased to announce the purchase of Hosting Direct, with data centers in North America and Europe, effective at the opening of business hours on July 5th, 2017.

Being a 5 year recipient of the Xing Hao Hosting Institute’s Shining Star Award is a feat that no other hosting company can claim, and Hosting Direct can take great pride in that fact. We will continue in this excellence as Sozo Technologies takes over daily operations, though customers will still be under the brand Hosting Direct.

We are delighted to inform you that SellYourWebHost.com, through Sozo Technologies LLC, has acquired the business of Total Hosting, established in 1998, as of July 5th, 2017, and is now fully operating as part of Sozo’s business. Total Hosting customers will continue to be serviced by that brand.

We are excited that this acquisition will allow us to better service new and old customers alike, combining services like dedicated, shared, and virtual private hosting to continue to be stellar web hosts in our industry.
