Sozo Technologies LLC acquired the shared web hosting and domain name registration customer of HostGo and RegisterGo and will service the customers under the HostGo brand, today, November 12th, 2013. Sozo Technologies has been providing cloud based shared hosting, domain names, managed WordPress hosting, email hosting, virtual private and dedicated servers since 2012.

Sozo Technologies LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of AlwaysWebHosting.com shared, dedicated and virtual private server web hosting customers as of June 28th, 2013, and the customers will continue to be supported under the brand AlwaysWebHosting.com. Sozo Technologies has been providing cloud based shared hosting, domain names, managed WordPress hosting, email hosting, virtual private and dedicated servers since 2012.

Sozo Technologies LLC, a web hosting and Managed Information Technologies provider, announced today, August 1st, 2012, that it has completed the acquisition of BizServer, the web hosting subsidiary of Incipio, Inc. of Akron, Ohio. BizServer served customers with shared, dedicated and virtual private server web hosting.
