On May 31st, 2017, 1Host was acquired by SellYourWebHost.com, via Sozo Technologies LLC – a leading provider in the web hosting industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
This acquisition makes sense for SellYourWebHost.com, a division of Sozo Technologies LLC, on a number of levels, however the most important is the value it will enable us to deliver to both our existing customers and the customers of 1Host. The customers of 1Host will continue to be served under that brand.
1Host has a long history of experience in the web hosting sector, and specifically in supporting cPanel and reseller hosting. We will continue to support, service and grow with our customers as web hosts, and with the additional resources now in place, we expect to be able to deliver a more complete solution to meet a wider variety of hosting needs.
